Tony Manini

Director & Executive Chairman

Tony Manini has over 25 years of global resource industry experience across a diverse range of commodities in over 20 countries. His experience includes 14 years with Rio Tinto Limited and 8 years with Oxiana Limited (now OZ Minerals Limited) covering various technical, commercial, senior management and executive roles in exploration, project evaluation, project development and business development. As a founding member of the Oxiana Limited executive team he was responsible for establishing and managing the company\'s highly successful exploration and resources group and closely involved in the discovery and/or acquisition and development of Oxiana Limited/OZ Minerals Limited\'s four operating mines. Mr Manini is a founder of Tigers Realm Minerals and Tigers Realm Coal and has been Managing Director of Tigers Realm Metals Pty Ltd since its inception. He is also Executive Chairman of Tigers Realm Coal Ltd. Mr Manini holds an Honours Degree in Geology and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy and the Society of Economic Geologists. Resident of Australia. Born 1963.

Darryn McClelland

CEO

Mr McClelland has over 25 years of mining development, operations and senior management experience across Australia, Indonesia, Laos, Vietnam, Eritrea and Ghana. Mr McClelland has extensive experience in mine start-ups and commissioning, copper and polymetallic open pit mining operations including copper leaching, and over seven year’s direct operating experience in Indonesia. Prior to joining Asiamet, Mr McClelland was Chief Operating Officer for PT Agincourt Resources leading the operational and exploration functions of the +300,000 ounce per annum Martabe Gold Mine (Martabe) in North Sumatera, Indonesia. The Martabe mine employs over 3,000 staff and contractors and operates to high international safety and ESG standards. After completing his Bachelor of Minerals Processing Engineering (Hons) from The University of Queensland in 1996, Mr McClelland has undertaken postgraduate studies in Business Administration, Mining Engineering and Occupational Health and Safety.

Leonard Aurlianus

Chief Financial Officer

Leonard is a senior mining and resources industry executive whose broad experience covers roles in finance, strategy, commercial, investor relations, sales and marketing, mining operation, business development and improvement, and turn-around businesses into profitability. Leonard has significant experience working for a number of mining businesses across Indonesia over the past two decades. Most recently Leonard has consulted to Indonesian miner, Baramutiara Prima, for 8 years in executive positions including Managing Director, Chief Financial Officer concurrently as Marketing & Business Development. He has held General Manager Corporate Finance, Finance and Accounting Manager roles with Servo Group, Pinang Coal Indonesia, and Banpu. Leonard holds a Master Degree in Executive Strategic Business from Prasetiya Mulya Business School and Bachelor in Accounting from Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia.

Dominic Heaton

Non Executive Director

Dominic Heaton has over 27 years of global resource industry experience across a diverse range of commodities. For seven years from 2010, Mr Heaton was the inaugural Chief Executive Officer of Masan Resources and led the development and operations of the Nui Phao tungsten – polymetallic project in Vietnam. Earlier in his career, he served a variety of management roles at Aurora Gold, Oxiana, OZ Minerals and at MMG where he was General Manager of the 60,000tpa Sepon SX-EW copper project in Laos and as General Manager of Operations of Martabe gold mine in Indonesia. Mr Heaton holds a Bachelor of Science from James Cook University, Townsville, Australia and a Post Graduate Diploma in Mineral Processing Technology from La Trobe University, Australia. He has also completed an Advanced Management Program with the Mt Eliza arm of the Melbourne Business School. Mr Heaton is a member of Australian Institute of Mining & Metallurgy and Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Mudit Goenka

Head of Corporate Finance

Mr Goenka is a highly experienced executive with an extensive background in investment banking with a particular focus on debt financing, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and strategic transactions. He most recently served as a Director in the Southeast Asia Investment Banking team at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in Singapore advising clients on complex debt financings and M&A transactions. During this time, he was closely involved in a number of Indonesian company financing mandates. Previously he was a Vice President in BAML’s EMEA Metals & Mining Investment Banking division based in London. Mr Goenka holds an MBA from the European Institute of Business Administration (INSEAD), France, and a Bachelor of Business Management from the Singapore Management University.

Peter Oliver

Project Director

Peter Oliver joins Asiamet Resources as Project Director for the BKM Stage 1 Copper Project—and also as a Director of its Indonesian subsidiary, PT Kalimantan Surya Kencana (KSK). With over 30 years of global project delivery experience, Peter has successfully led major mining, energy, and infrastructure initiatives across Indonesia, Australia, South America, and the Pacific. Notably, he’s held senior roles at BHP, Vena Energy, UPC Renewables, SMEC International, and BUMA, delivering complex greenfield projects in rugged, remote environments like Central Kalimantan. Recognized for building high-performance national teams, prioritizing safety and environmental compliance, and fostering strong government and community relationships, he will oversee all construction-readiness activities—from finalizing execution plans and early works to establishing construction contracts and mobilizing for full-scale build-out.
