Brad Taylor
Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director
Mr. Taylor has a wealth of experience at the executive and board levels with public and private companies, and brings managerial, restructuring, financial, and legal expertise to Iconic Labs. Mr. Taylor began his career as an attorney in Texas with law firms Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld and Greenberg Traurig before moving on to private equity with Holland Park Capital. From there, he worked in Paris as the General Counsel and member of the Executive Committee of Orco Property Group. Working with Ott Ventures, Mr. Taylor has started and managed numerous companies and real estate projects in various stages of growth. A Canadian citizen, Mr. Taylor has a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University, a JD from Baylor University School of Law, and an MBA from INSEAD.
Marija Hrebac
Non-Executive Director
Marija has over 20 years of executive experience managing a variety of complex organizations. She has worked with international corporations including Schering-Plough, MSD, L’Oréal, and Alas International at both the national and international levels, and has also worked across various industries including pharmaceutical, construction, cosmetics, hospitality, and banking. Marija’s expertise revolves around the implementation of business processes, establishing organisational structures, turnarounds, crisis management, operational consolidations, and business integrations. Since 2012, Marija has been leading the Croatian Deposit Insurance Agency with a focus on implementing international standards and improving the national deposit guarantee system. In addition, she is a member of the Croatian Financial Stability Committee, a member of the Executive Council of the International Association of Deposit Insurers, and the vice-chair of the European Forum of Deposit Insurers. Marija holds a master’s degree in Organizations and Management from the Faculty of Economics and Business at the University of Zagreb.
Dr Christoph Manthe
Non-Executive Director
Christoph has more than 30 years of international experience in fund raising, financing, and real estate investing. Based in London and Berlin, he is currently the Managing Director of Manthe Consulting. From 2005 until 2010, he was the Managing Director of the Endurance Fund, a closed end real estate investment fund backed by institutional investors focusing on commercial office, residential and health care properties in Central Eastern Europe. Prior to that, he spent 20 years with HypoVereinsBank where he was responsible for relationships with its major real estate clients in Europe. From 1998 until 2000, he was based in New York, and was the senior risk manager for the bank’s real estate portfolio in America. Between 1995 and 1998, he headed the real estate team for Bayerische Vereinsbank in Prague where the bank became the leading real estate lender in the Czech Republic. Christoph has an extensive network in the global capital and real estate markets. He received his master’s degree and doctorate degree in economics from Mannheim University, Germany.
David Stybr

David has extensive experience in real-estate, having had senior roles within the leading investor and developer in the region, CPI Property Group.
Willem van der Meer
Non-Executive Director
Willem has extensive experience in private equity. He is the founder of Amsterdam Effecten Kantoor, a Mid & Small Cap Investment firm that he managed between 1990 and 2010. Since the he has created and invested in several ventures.
