Tim Sykes
Chief Executive Officer
Tim became the group’s Chief Executive Officer in January 2019 and is responsible for leading the development and execution of the company's long-term strategy. Tim has been with Proactis since 2006 and became full-time Chief Financial Officer in 2015. He has built up expertise within the small cap AIM listed market with over 25 financial years' experience across numerous companies. He has also held senior positions within corporate finance at KPMG and as Commercial Director at Mountain Warehouse.
Richard Hughes
Chief Financial Officer
Richard joined Proactis in 2019 and, as Chief Financial Officer, is responsible for overseeing the Group’s financial operations. Richard has significant experience in financial control, accounting, reporting, compliance and governance across EMEA, CALA and APAC gained through his roles at ARRIS International plc, Pace plc and PwC.
Rodney Potts
Non-Executive Director
Mr Potts was one of the founders and former Chief Executive of CODA Group plc, the global provider of accounting systems. He is a director of a number of technology ventures. Mr Potts is a member of Remuneration Committee and the Audit Committee.
Alan Aubrey
Non-Executive Chairman
Mr Aubrey is the Chief Executive Officer of IP Group plc, a FTSE 250 company that specialises in commercialising intellectual property. He is also a non-executive chairman of Ceres Power Holdings plc, a manufacturer of advanced solid oxide fuel cells, a non-executive director of Avacta Group plc, an AIM listed company that develops new detection and diagnostic devises for the bio-pharmaceutical markets and a non-executive director of the Department of Business Innovation and Skills (BIS). Mr Aubrey is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales. Mr Aubrey is a member of the Remuneration Committee and the Chair of the Audit Committee.
Nick Brown
Independent Non-Executive Director
Nick has over 27 years' experience in senior positions within software and technology companies with a strong track record of delivering successful turnaround and growth outcomes internationally. Nick is currently Group Managing Director of GB Group plc, an AIM listed software company with international operations that delivers location, identity and fraud software and solutions in high growth markets. Nick was recruited to design and deliver a turnaround plan for GB Group plc and is part of the executive team which took the business from a market capitalisation of circa £5 million to £1.5 billion, successfully growing the business into Europe, USA, Asia and Australasia, while continually maintaining leading levels of employee and customer satisfaction across the Group. Prior to his current role, where he has worked for 13 years, Nick was General Manager, Partner Programmes and Head of Mid-Market Sales at Sage UK. Nick has also held senior sales and marketing positions at large technology businesses Microsoft Business Solutions and Fujitsu Services. Following his appointment, Nick will become Chair of the Remuneration Committee and a member of the Audit Committee. The appointment is in line with the Board's previously stated intention to transition to a board where at least half its members, excluding the Chairman, are independent non-executive directors.
