Richard Hills has substantial experience of investment trust and investment company boards and is currently a director of Henderson International Income Trust Plc, J P Morgan Income & Capital Trust Plc and GLI Alternative Finance Plc. He is also Chairman of the Aztec Group, a major European administrator of private equity funds.

Sir Clive Thompson served as chairman of Rentokil Initial plc between 2002 and 2004, having been chief executive for 20 years to 2002. He is a former president of the CBI, member of the Committee on Corporate Governance and deputy chairman of the Financial Reporting Council. He is also a former Director of J Sainsbury plc, Wellcome PLC, Seeboard plc, Caradon PLC and BAT Industries plc.

Josephine is a chartered accountant who sits on the boards of Standard Life Equity Income Trust plc, JP Morgan European Investment Trust plc, BB Healthcare Trust plc and F&C Global Smaller Companies Trust plc. Her executive experience includes finance, governance and general commercial roles in a number of sectors.

Richard Locke has been a Managing Director since 2007 of Fenchurch Advisory Partners, an independent corporate finance advisory firm that specialises in the financial services sector. Previously he was a Partner of Cazenove & Co. and then a Director at its successor firm, JPMorgan Cazenove.

William Barlow was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Majedie Investments plc on 1 April 2014. Prior to this, he was a member and Chief Operating Officer at Javelin Capital LLP and was at Newedge Group previously. He was appointed Managing Director of DnB Asset Management (UK) Ltd in 2002. He joined Skandia Asset Management Ltd as an equity Portfolio Manager in 1991. He is a Non-Executive Director of Majedie Asset Management and a Trustee of Racing Welfare.
