In a move aimed at enhancing market reach, Smoove,(SMV), a technology and services firm, has recently announced a strategic agreement with Mortgage Advice Bureau (Holdings) plc to offer conveyancing comparison and other home-buying support services.

Under this agreement, Smoove will extend its conveyancing comparison services to over 2,000 Advisers associated with MAB. These services will be made available through Smoove's user-friendly web platform as well as its Connect APIs.

By integrating Smoove's innovative solutions into its MIDAS platform, MAB's Advisers will gain access to a comprehensive range of conveyancing comparison services. Furthermore, the agreement includes the swift DigitalMove onboarding process, which allows MAB customers to easily connect with their chosen professional specialists.

Jesper With-Fogstrup, Smoove Chief Executive Officer, said: "I am delighted to partner with Mortgage Advice Bureau, known in the industry and by customers for their forward thinking and professional service, helping thousands of customers move home every week. The MAB team's passion for improving the end-to-end home moving experience is clear and connecting our systems, including DigitalMove, will provide that. MAB brokers will have access to our panel of more than 70 audited and benchmarked conveyancing firms. Our mission is to make the home moving process better for everyone, and this partnership is an important step on that journey."

Smoove is a UK-based company best known for its eConveyancer platform, which offers online digital platforms for the conveyancing and financial intermediary markets. The Company provides technology to drive automation and build products and services for estate agents, conveyancers, mortgage brokers, lenders, and consumers.

The partnership today follows a string of new relationships that Smoove has managed to secure since March 2022 including Mojo, Legal & General, Chimnie, Adviser Services Holdings, and Unbiased, demonstrating the wide reach of the business.

Smoove’s services meet a clear need in the current market, given that first-time buyers made up the largest proportion of property purchasers last year. If this pattern continues, there should be an increased demand for Smoove to help ease the home moving and owning process for unfamiliar first-time buyers.
