5. El Salvador plans to build a Bitcoin city at the base of a volcano, with the cryptocurrency used to fund the project, its president has announced.
The city will be circular to represent the shape of a large coin and will be built in the south-eastern region of La Unión, President Nayib Bukele said.
4. The European Commission Vice-President Maroš Šefčovič has accused the UK's Brexit Minister, Lord David Frost, of "political posturing".
Writing in The Mail on Sunday Lord Frost said "urgency" was needed from the EU to resolve the issues in the Northern Ireland Protocol.
3. Technology retailers have warned that they may have insufficient stock to meet Black Friday demand due to delays in the supply chain.

1. New homes and buildings in England will be required by law to install electric vehicle charging points from next year, the prime minister is set to announce.
The government said the move will see up to 145,000 charging points installed across the country each year.
