The company will offer the one-off payments in regions where there is high demand for labour, with extra pay for those willing to work nights.

The High Street chain said some areas of its business were "beginning to come under pressure", including warehouse and logistics staffing.
3. Three more energy suppliers have gone bust amid the surge in wholesale gas prices, the regulator Ofgem has said.
Enstroga, Igloo Energy and Symbio Energy said they would stop trading on Wednesday.

Furlough was introduced in March 2020 and helped pay the wages of 11.6 million workers after Covid-19 forced large parts of the economy to close and at the end of July it was still supporting the incomes of around 1.6m workers.
