5. Over a million people and businesses could be owed money following the collapse of the crypto exchange FTX, according to bankruptcy filings.
There have also been reports that FTX suffered a hack, taking millions of dollars of crypto from the firm.
4. Google will pay $391.5m (£330m) to settle allegations about how it collects data from users.
The technology giant tracked the location of users who opted out of location services on their devices, 40 US states said.

2. Amazon has started laying off staff, according to LinkedIn posts by workers who say they have been impacted by job cuts.
This week it was reported that the company is planning to cut 10,000 jobs, or around 3% of its office staff.
1. The Office for National Statistics has just published the latest figures for inflation in the UK.
They show that prices rose by 11.1% in the year to October, higher than the 10.7% expected, while month on month inflation came in at 2% higher than the 1.7% forecast.
