5. Cruise giant Royal Caribbean says it will tie up with Elon Musk's rocket company SpaceX, using its Starlink system to offer faster internet at sea.
Guests typically have to pay for internet on cruise ships but connection has historically been poor.
4. Eurostar is to suspend its direct train service between London and Disneyland Paris.
The company said the route would be axed from 5 June next year for the duration of the summer to enable the company to focus on "core routes".
3. The UK’s Hornsea Two, the world’s largest single operational offshore wind farm, has become fully operational according to it's ownwers Ørsted.
Located approximately 55 miles off the Yorkshire coast in the North Sea, the project will have a capacity of over 1.3 GW providing enough power to more than 1.4 million homes in the UK.
2. Royal Mail staff are going on strike for a second day as 115,000 postal workers walk out in a row over pay.
The strikes will disrupt delivery of packages and letters, and further strikes are planned on 8 and 9 September.
1. Centrica's #CNA Rough gas storage site off England's east coast has received all the regulatory approvals to start storing gas again & could eventually be used to store hydrogen.
Countries across Europe have been building gas stocks ahead of winter to prepare for disruptions to supply of Russian gas, but Britain has had very little storage capacity since Rough's closure in 2018.
