Global podcast company, Audioboom (BOOM) , announced on Thursday its autumn schedule of original podcasts, its latest wave of both new and returning shows.
The company explained how this season's catalogue of shows represented “an eclectic mix” of categories, from parenting and society and culture, to true crime.
"We're thrilled to be closing out 2019 with the continued growth and success of our Audioboom Originals Network,” said Senior Vice President, Content & Production at Audioboom, Brendan Regan.
Launching as shows for the first time are 'For All Moms' and 'Crimecast'; the former, a weekly podcast from two Youtube mothers, and the latter, an unpacking of history's most unforgettable crimes from a former police detective and expert podcast host.
Audioboom will also see true crime shows, 'What Makes a Killer' and 'Mafia' returning with brand new content -- the two shows similarly delve into the life and crimes of the world's most infamous criminals, serial killers and organised crime networks.
Commenting further on the autumn programme, Mr Regan stated, "Developing new in-house content with original shows including What Makes a Killer and Mafia, along with the launch of Crimecast and For All Moms, has proven that Audioboom continues to be a diversified content creator, collaborating with talent from across the industry."
