Cerillion (CER)  announced today that it has secured a major contract-- worth an initial £5.1 million-- with Danish telecom and utility company, SE Group.

The software solutions company reported that their contract win comes after an “extensive, competitive” selection process. Shares in Cerillion are up 10.83% to 153.5p following the news.

As per the contact, Cerillion will supply and install its Enterprise BSS/OSS* suite, a pre-integrated end-to-end CRM and billing solution.

The company expects a significant proportion of revenue “will be recognised in the current financial year,” stemming from the software licence aspect of the contact, with initial implementation to be delivered within the next 12-18 months.

CEO of Cerillion Louis Hall is “delighted” as this “significant win for the Company [is] reflective of the larger contracts we are now securing, and will benefit revenues and earnings in the current financial year and beyond."
