London-listed Integumen (AIM:SKIN) has entered a commercial partnership with South African solutions provider, Acumen Software to roll-out its RAWTest water testing product.
The vertically integrated business told investors that its subsidiary Rinocloud had agreed to an AI development partnership to create a combined offering between itself and Acumen.
This will include Acumen’s integrated mobile asset and management software platform with RinoDrive’s data analytics and refining capabilities, as well as its RAWTest AI real-time water monitoring service.
The new offering will be rolled out across Asia, North and South America, and Australasia to both companies’ respective business partners.
Shares in Integumen were trading 2.03% lower at 1.685p on Monday morning.
Chief Executive of Integumen, Gerard Brandon expressed his delight at the partnership, hailing Acumen for establishing “a sales, marketing and distribution channel directly into government municipal” across four continents over the last 12 years.
He added: “This keeps with our global growth strategy of collaborating with complementary products and services into top local and international channel partners with a strong sales track record.”
Integumen said it anticipates ‘a material contribution’ on revenue from the partnership in 2020.
Joao Zoio, President of Acumen Software said the integrated offering would offer an “immediate capability” to future proof the group’s software platform.
