Live Company Group (LVCG) on Tuesday announced that it entered into an agreement with Snowman Enterprises to produce a themed tour of The Snowman and The Snowdog.
Live Company Group was granted rights under the agreement to produce and exhibit The Snowman and The Snowdog themed BRICKLIVE tour in the UK.
The agreement will initially last until January 2022, with Brick Live International, a Live Company Group subsidiary, paying Snowman Enterprises a royalty fee based on the revenues from the tour.
Snowman Enterprises is wholly owned by Penguin Books Limited, which is part of the Penguin Random House group of companies.
Shares in Live Company Group rose 7% in early morning trading on Tuesday

He added: “The sculptures show incredible attention to detail and we are really excited to see this tour come to life."
The tour is inspired by the 2012 animated film The Snowman and The Snowdog, a sequel to the much loved The Snowman film based on the book by Ramond Briggs originally published in 1978.
