Live Company Group (LVCG ) announced that it has signed a new Christmas contract with Canterbury Museums and Galleries for the Group’s BRICKLIVE Christmas Elf bundle.
The London-listed events company explained to its shareholders that models which consist of Santa Claus and his elves, a reindeer as well as other models will be on display at the Beaney House of Art and Knowledge from 11 December 2021 until 2 January 2022.
‘This is the first time that LVCG has worked with Canterbury Museums and the team are delighted to secure an additional Christmas booking for 2021,’ the Company highlighted.
In recent weeks, the Company has signed a major new contract with Singapore Zoo for its BRICKLIVE Brickosaurs event which will run from November 2021 to May 2022. To date, the contract win represents the first time the company has partnered with a zoo in Asia.
"Singapore Zoo is one of most well-revered zoos in the world and I am delighted that the hard work of the team over many months has achieved in securing this major contract. This is the first time that Brickosaurs have appeared in Asia,” noted Chairman, David Ciclitira.
Shares in Live Company Group ticked up 0.87% this morning to 4.64p following the news.
In June 2021, the Company highlighted that despite the third lockdown in Q1 and part of Q2 of this year, 26 events so far are due to take place in 2021 with 18 booked in from June to October 2021 and active discussions for Christmas 2021 taking place with several shopping centres aiming to start their Christmas campaigns in at the start of November this year.
At the time of its annual report, the Company explained to investors that while trading had remained ‘extremely difficult’ in 2021, that it had seen signs of future business returning.
Events include BRICKLIVE Animal Paradise for Paisley BID, BRICKLIVE Brickosaurs for Croydon BID and BRICKLIVE Ocean at Knowsley Zoo, Prescot, the Group explained.
Ciclitira said: " I am delighted that we are getting back to a full season of shows and events post lockdown. It is still a challenging time for many of our clients and we are pleased to see many existing clients re-booking with us and new clients seeing the draw of our products.”
