ATOME has announced that the Presidential Decree underpinning Villeta project’s agreed fixed-price power purchase agreement (PPA) with ANDE was unexpectedly revoked yesterday and replaced by a new decree. The new decree withdraws previously agreed electricity tariffs with the new ones yet to be agreed.
