Maurice Treacy, Chief Commercial Officer of Open Orphan (ORPH)  reveals they have signed five pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies as early adopters of its Genomic Health DataBANK platform.

Open Orphan plc is a European-focused, rare and orphan drug consulting services platform. The Company intends to roll up a number of orphan drug services businesses. Open Orphan has two data driven digital platforms, a Genomic Health Data Platform, which is establishing a rare disease database and a Virtual Rep platform, enabling pharmaceutical companies to engage key opinion leaders and physicians. The Company is targeting rapid growth in one of the fastest growing sectors in the global pharmaceutical industry targeting under-supplied treatment for life threatening or very serious diseases and rare disorders.

Zoetic

Nick Tulloch, CEO of Zoetic International (ZOE)  provides an update on its operations and current trading including six new CBD products to be launched in the UK ahead of Christmas.

Zoetic is a vertically integrated CBD business with indoor and outdoor growing facilities in Western Colorado. The company sells a range of products in the US and UK through two brands. In addition the company has a portfolio of natural resources projects, the flagship of which is a 7.5% carried working interest in 8 producing wells east of Denver. The company announced on 4 September 2019 that it would seek to sell these assets as it focuses on its CBD business.

David Ciclitira, Chairman, Live Company Group (LVCG)  provides a further update on the deferred consideration on their purchase of Bright Bricks which they acquired in October 2018.

Live Company Group is a live events and entertainment Company, founded by David Ciclitira in December 2017. The Company was admitted to trading on AIM in December 2017, following the reverse acquisition of Brick Live Group and Parallel Live Group by LVCG.
