The Company and its wholly owned subsidiary, Polarean, Inc. (together the "Group") are revenue generating, medical drug-device combination companies operating in the high resolution functional magnetic resonance imaging market. The Group develops equipment that enables existing MRI systems to achieve an improved level of pulmonary function imaging and specialises in the use of hyperpolarised Xenon gas (129Xe) as an imaging agent to visualise ventilation and gas exchange regionally in the smallest airways of the lungs, the tissue barrier between the lung and the bloodstream and in the pulmonary vasculature. Xenon gas exhibits solubility and signal properties that enable it to be imaged within other tissues and organs.
Nick Tulloch, Chief Executive of Zoetic International (ZOE) provides the market with a trading update on the CBD business and potential sale of their legacy oil & gas assets.
Zoetic is a vertically integrated CBD business with indoor and outdoor growing facilities in Western Colorado. The company sells a range of products in the US and UK through two brands. In addition the company has a portfolio of natural resources projects, the flagship of which is a 7.5% carried working interest in 8 producing wells east of Denver. The company announced on 4 September 2019 that it would seek to sell these assets as it focuses on its CBD business. (Interview starts at 20 minutes 40 seconds)
