RentGuarantor (RGG ) has begun working with franchised branches of Winkworth Estate & Letting Agents as a Preferred Supplier, giving participating offices the option to introduce its rent guarantee service to tenants.
The partnership covers individual franchised branches of Winkworth Estate & Letting Agents, part of Winkworth PLC, which can choose to offer RentGuarantor’s service at their discretion as and when tenant needs arise.
Founded in 1835 in London, Winkworth PLC is one of the UK’s oldest and best-known estate agency brands, with a nationally recognised franchised network of more than 100 offices. The new relationship further extends RentGuarantor’s reach across the UK private rental sector.

Being named a Preferred Supplier by a long-established, nationally recognised brand like Winkworth should help RentGuarantor deepen its footprint in the UK private rental market. While individual branch uptake will depend on franchisee choice, the agreement creates a scalable channel for new tenants and landlords at a time when demand for professional guarantor services is expected to grow under the Renters’ Rights Act.
