Shearwater Group (SWG) has appointed Jonathan Entract as an Independent Non-Executive Director and Chair of its Audit Committee, with effect from 1 July 2026.
Entract joins the cybersecurity, advisory and managed security services group with more than 25 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, investment evaluation and corporate governance. He was previously a Partner at InfraRed Capital Partners and is an ACA-qualified chartered accountant.
During his career, Entract has worked on both buy-side and sell-side transactions and has served on the boards of multiple portfolio companies, supporting their strategic development and growth.
Shearwater said his financial expertise, governance experience and commercially focused approach will strengthen the Board as the company continues to execute its growth strategy.
