Smarttech247 (S247), an AI-enhanced cybersecurity company, announced it has partnered with SentinelOne, another cybersecurity provider, to deliver comprehensive cybersecurity solutions to businesses.
The partnership combines Smarttech247's experience in cybersecurity consulting, managed detection and response (MDR) services, and threat intelligence with SentinelOne's autonomous security technology to provide a complete cyber security solution.
"Smarttech247 will maximise the benefits and value of SentinelOne's leading technology for its customers with specialist-managed endpoint protection and response services, whilst SentinelOne will provide Smarttech247 with access to its latest threat intelligence and research." Smarttech247 explained.
S247 shares gained 1.64% on the news.
Maiden interim results
Smarttech247's listing on AIM in December 2022 raised £3.7m. In its maiden interim results for the 6 months ended 31 January 2023, the cybersecurity company reported revenues up by 19.4% year-on-year to €4.62m, adjusted EBITDA up by 59.7% to €1.15m, and cash at €7m from €2.36m on 31 July 2022.
The company reported continued growth of its customer base with multiple new contracts secured, including a 3-year VisionX contract with a Fortune 150 US automotive retailer worth US$800k, a 3-year agreement with a large US tech worth US$400k, and a 2-year agreement with Irish University worth €450k.
Post period (since January 31), S247 has expanded its order book further. An existing contract with a global pharma renewed for another year, worth US$615k, and a new 3-year contract worth €100k was signed with a climate solution company.
