Totally (TLY) said its Urgent Care division has been awarded a number of contract extensions worth a total of around £17.8 million as part of its partnership with the NHS. 
 
The Group, which provides a range of healthcare services across the UK and Ireland, said six of the contracts, which are worth c. £12.5m, are for the continued provision of a number of urgent treatment centres in North West London from 1 April 2021 until 30 September 2021. 
 
The contracts were awarded to Totally's wholly owned subsidiaries, Vocare and Greenbrook Healthcare (Hounslow) Limited, which together form the Company’s Urgent Care division. 
 
CEO, Wendy Lawrence, said, "We are very pleased to announce further contract extensions within our Urgent Care division as we continue to strengthen our partnership with the NHS.” 
 
She highlighted that, “As always, these extensions are a great reflection of the work our staff are doing in delivering quality care to the high standards required by commissioners. “ 
 
“We are proud to remain the incumbent provider of these services and look forward to identifying further ways in which we can work together with commissioners,” she said. 
 
She added that these efforts intend to provide patients “with additional benefits, whilst continuing to adapt to the continually evolving integrated urgent care demands of the NHS." 
 
Today’s news follows a recent string of contracts for Totally including a six-month extension worth c. £7.2m, two additional 12-month contract extensions for Vocare worth a total of c. £16.8m, as several other contract extensions and continued pilot funding (worth c. £7.2m). 
 
In recent weeks, Totally’s Vocare division was chosen as the qualified provider to the Yorkshire Ambulance Service NHS Trust under a new NHS framework agreement. This agreement for Vocare, which forms part of the Company’s Urgent Care division, will run from 1 April 2021 to 31 March 2024 and is worth up to c. £2.7m over the framework term. 

 
Shares in Totally have increased by nearly 50% in value since the beginning of the year. The stock was trading 3.28% higher this morning at 31.5p following the announcement.

Last month, the company said it had received a number of contract extensions for Clinical Assessment and GP Out of Hours Services and the provision of Urgent Treatment Centres across the North East of England, the Midlands and Greater London (the "Contracts"). 
 
In aggregate, the healthcare service provider in the UK and Ireland said the contracts awarded to Totally's wholly-owned subsidiaries Vocare Limited and Greenbrook Healthcare Limited, which together form Totally's Urgent Care Division, are worth a total of c.£9.8m.
