UK-based healthcare service provider, Totally (TLY) , announced on Monday that its wholly owned subsidiary, Vocare Limited, a leading national specialist providers of urgent care services, had been awarded two contract extensions.
The first, the South West London NHS 111 & GP Out of Hours ("OOH") contract, worth a total c. £10.6m, has been extended from 28 September 2019 to 30 September 2020.
Additionally, the Scarborough Integrated Urgent Care contract, valued at c. £6m, has been extended from 1 April 2020 to 31 March 2022.
Commenting on the extensions, Wendy Lawrence, CEO of Totally, stated: "As we continue to strengthen our partnership with the NHS, we are delighted to announce Vocare has secured further significant contract extensions.
Such extensions are significant achievements in our business and are a great reflection of the work our staff are doing in delivering quality care to the high standards required by commissioners.”
