Andrew Prelea, CEO of Vast Resources (VAST) discusses the significance of the commencement of drilling at their Baita Plai Mine in Romania.
Vast Resources plc, is an AIM listed mining company with mines in Romania and Zimbabwe focused on the rapid advancement of high quality brownfield projects by recommencing production at previously producing mines in Romania and commencement of the joint venture mining agreement on the Chiadzwa Community Concession Block of the Chiadzwa Diamond Fields in Zimbabwe. The Company’s portfolio includes an 80% interest in the Baita Plai Polymetallic Mine in Romania, where work is now currently underway towards developing and recommissioning the mine and the Community Concession Block in Chiadzwa, Zimbabwe. Vast Resources owns the Manaila Polymetallic Mine in Romania, which was commissioned in 2015, currently on care and maintenance.
Nick Tulloch, CEO of Zoetic International (ZOE) talks about the highlights from their interim results which were released today.
Zoetic is a vertically integrated CBD business with indoor and outdoor growing facilities in Western Colorado. The company sells a range of products in the US and UK through two brands. In addition the company has a portfolio of natural resources projects, the flagship of which is a 7.5% carried working interest in 8 producing wells east of Denver. The company announced on 4 September 2019 that it would seek to sell these assets as it focuses on its CBD business.

Nick Lee, Director of Pires Investments (PIRI) provides an update in regards to their Investment in Sure Valley Ventures.
Pires seeks to invest in companies that have potential for significant transformation and growth. Pires recently invested in Sure Valley Ventures, a venture capital fund focused on investing in the software technology sector. Specifically, it focuses on the high growth artificial intelligence (AI), augmented/virtual reality (AR/VR) and internet of things (IoT) sectors. This will enable investors to gain access to potentially high growth companies through a publicly listed company. Pires will also seek to make other technology investments in both the software and other sectors and in later stage opportunities alongside this core investment.
