Tim Duncan, executive chairman of 1947 Oil & Gas  and seasoned expert in operating in the Gulf of America joins Vox to talk about 1947s new London listing, its existing assets, and its plans for expansion. The company has a strategy of buying up assets in the Gulf of America that may be nearer to the end than the start of their production life, and thus less of priority for existing owners. This strategy has already proved effective with the portfolio that came into the company on listing, from which production has been increased considerably. Duncan talks about likely deal structures, the possible composition of the future portfolio and the oil price environment which is providing the backdrop to all this activity.
