Cadence Minerals has begun hot commissioning of its Azteca plant in Brazil. The plant is located on the company's wider Amapa iron ore project, and the potential cash flow from the processing of stockpiled material and tailings through the plant is earmarked to fund a DFS on wider development. The plant is still awaiting an operating licence, but now that hot commissioning is underway that ought not to be far away. Cadence's chief executive Kiran Morzaria joins Vox to tell us more.
