MedPal AI (MPAL), the UK based digital health and AI company, has reported strong growth in pharmacy revenues for November 2025.
The company has also launched an AI powered triage service on WhatsApp using Google's Vertex AI and put in place an At The Market (ATM) equity issuance facility of up to £2 million with Clear Capital.
MedPal Limited's online pharmacy, MedPal Pharmacy, is now registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) and supported by a Clinical Services team of Independent Prescribers. In November 2025, it processed 28,789 prescription orders at an average item value of £9.72, generating about £280,000 of revenue and delivering more than 90% month on month growth, driven by the NHS Distance Selling Pharmacy contract and the private weight loss service via MedPal.clinic.
The company has deployed Google's Vertex AI to power clinical triage via a dedicated WhatsApp Business number (07300 100 600), using proprietary machine learning models trained on clinical data. MedPal.clinic now offers patients free 24/7 WhatsApp access to AI driven assessment, intelligent triage, escalation to prescribing clinicians and full medication fulfilment, initially focused on weight loss, including GLP 1 therapies, with planned expansion into men's health, women's health, dermatology and respiratory care.
On 3 December 2025, MedPal AI entered into an ATM-like facility agreement with Clear Capital, allowing new ordinary shares to be sold in tranches via the London Stock Exchange, up to aggregate gross proceeds of £2 million and with a 5p floor price per ATM Share. The facility runs for up to 24 months, with sales intended to be made close to the mid market price, within internal volume limits and subject to periodic RNS updates on shares issued and funds raised.
On successful completion of the facility, the company will grant up to 10 million warrants to Clear Capital, with the final number dependent on total gross proceeds.
