MedPal AI (MPAL)  has reported continued strong growth in October 2026, with its annualised group revenue run rate rising to £49 million, driven by increasing customer demand and a sharp rise in repeat orders at its New Health platform.

The AI-native digital health and pharmacy group generated October revenue of ~£4.1 million, up from ~£3.2 million in September. The annualised figure is based on October revenue multiplied by twelve and is not a forecast.

New Health, the group's dedicated GLP-1 weight management clinic, recorded revenue of £3.63 million, up 33% from £2.73 million in September, supported by more than 29,400 orders.

Notably, repeat order revenue more than doubled to £1.34 million from £0.63 million in September, accounting for 37% of New Health revenue. This represents a more than thirteen-fold increase from ~£0.1 million in August. Repeat orders carry no customer acquisition cost and achieved an average order value ~23% higher than first orders.

Across the group, repeat orders and recurring subscriptions generated ~£1.8 million, representing 45% of October revenue, compared with ~33% in September.

New Health has now served more than 53,000 customers since marketing began in July, including almost 20,000 new customers in October. Meanwhile, 46% of customers eligible to reorder during the month placed repeat orders.

To support growing demand, MedPal has extended customer services and prescribing to seven days a week, introduced six-day pharmacy dispensing and added Sunday deliveries. Its AI agent, Juno, handled 91% of WhatsApp replies in October, with 85% of conversations completed without human involvement.

Looking ahead, the expanded GLP-1 dispensing line at Sarus Court is expected to open in late November, increasing capacity to 14,000 orders per day. The group is also progressing discussions with lenders regarding a working capital facility.

MedPal AI's Founder and Chief Executive Officer Jason Drummond said: “New Health's revenue grew again in October, increasing by a third month-on-month to over £3.6 million, and repeat orders are now the fastest growing part of our business: revenue from returning customers more than doubled in the month to £1.34 million and is up more than thirteen-fold since August. The Group's revenue run rate is now approaching £50 million a year from a standing start twelve months ago.

"Customers want a fair price, fast delivery and great service, and they come back to whoever gives them all three. New Health is built on those three things. We believe we offer among the best value GLP-1 treatment in the UK, we now run seven days a week with Saturday dispensing and Sunday delivery, customers can select their preferred date of delivery and Juno answers nine in ten customer messages instantly, day or night.”

MedPal's October performance highlights accelerating growth at New Health, with the sharp increase in repeat orders particularly encouraging. The growing contribution from repeat and recurring revenue could improve revenue visibility and customer acquisition economics as the business scales. Planned capacity expansion and increasing use of AI-driven automation should support further growth while helping manage operational costs.
