Mindflair (MFAI) has reported significant progress at its portfolio company Vizgard, highlighting strong operational momentum and growing international traction.
Vizgard delivered a successful 2025, exceeding key milestones across both product development and commercial execution. The company recorded significant growth in Software-as-a-Service revenues during the year, alongside the global deployment of its FortifAI platform and the successful build and launch of UnifAI.
In addition, Vizgard has been selected to participate in NATO Defence Innovation Accelerator for the North Atlantic, known as DIANA. The programme is a selective six-month accelerator focused on advancing cutting-edge dual-use technologies. Vizgard was chosen from nearly 4,000 applicants, with just 150 companies selected globally, and participation includes access to up to €100,000 of investment.
Importantly, the DIANA participation provides Vizgard with a direct route to adoption. Founder and Chief Executive Officer Alex Kehoe said this enables NATO organisations to procure its technology via the Rapid Adoption Service without the need for a separate competitive tender process. As a result, Vizgard can accelerate deployment with real, paid end users across allied defence and security environments.

Mindflair’s update underlines tangible commercial progress within its AI-focused portfolio. Vizgard’s revenue growth and product expansion show operational execution, while selection for NATO’s DIANA programme adds external validation and potential access to defence customers. Going forward, conversion of this strategic positioning into sustained revenue growth will be key for Mindflair shareholders.
