Netcall (NET) shares rise 26.15% to 82p as it forecasts higher profits amid contract win

IG Design Group (IGR) shares jump 11.35% to 78p as it extends terms of banking facility

On Thursday, the consumer gift packaging business said it had extended the term of its existing banking agreement to 31

March 2024 and, as part of the deal, the facility size had been reduced from $95m to $90m and from a maximum level of £130m to £92m, respectively.

Addressing shareholders, IG Design Group said its seasonal orderbook remains strong and that the revised facility provides it with sufficient funding for its working capital requirements.

 

Venture Life (VLG) shares rise 9.42% to 37.75p after Chairman purchases shares

Shares in Venture Life were trading as high as 38.5p today after Chairman of the company, Paul McGreevy, snapped up 138,571 shares at 35p a share - worth a total of £48,500.

 

Light Science Technologies Holdings (LST) shares fall 14.89% to 10p as it forecasts revenue fall

In a trading update released today, the company says it expects revenue to be about 35% below market expectations for the current financial year ending due to delays in sales cycle.

The firm outlined that these problems include government grant delays and input inflation experienced by growers, which has led to capital expenditure by growers being delayed.

Looking ahead, Light Science says it is confident that its overall prospects remain strong.
