Imperial Leather maker PZ Cussons Plc    said on Monday that Jan Bramall has been appointed chief financial officer and a member of the board of directors with effect from 23 March 2026.
The company said Bramall has extensive experience in senior finance and strategy roles in international businesses.

She is currently interim CFO at Severfield. Before that, she was CFO of Manchester Airports Group for more than five years, "playing a key role in delivering major transformation projects", Cussons said. Prior to MAG, Bramall held senior finance roles at Tyco and Johnson Controls.

She will succeed Sarah Pollard, whose departure was announced in September.
