RentGuarantor Holdings (RGG ) has agreed to become a headline sponsor of the Property Week RESI Awards 2025, which are due to be held on 6 May 2026.
The company said the RESI Awards is one of the most prominent events in the UK residential property calendar, with more than 1,200 attendees, and will give RentGuarantor extended industry visibility through event promotion over the coming months.
In addition, RentGuarantor will sponsor the Agency of the Year award and the Build-to-Rent (BTR) category, which it said supports relationship-building with estate agents and living sector operators.
RentGuarantor has positioned the sponsorship as part of a wider marketing and brand strategy ahead of 2026, when the first major changes of the Renters’ Rights Act are expected to begin on 1 May 2026.
“I am thrilled to be expanding our reach across another of the UK property industry's premier events,” said RentGuarantor’s CEO Paul Foy.
“The RESI Awards recognises excellence across the residential sector, celebrating the outstanding projects and people reshaping our built environment. This Sponsorship agreement will form another part of our expansive marketing strategy, engaging in new partnership opportunities in wider sectors, engaging with key audiences, and further cementing RentGuarantor as an important industry name.”

This is a straightforward brand-building move at a time when agents and landlords are preparing for regulatory change. If RentGuarantor can convert that visibility into new distribution partnerships and higher volumes, the timing alongside the Renters’ Rights Act rollout could prove helpful.
