RentGuarantor Holdings (RGG ) has been named 'Supplier of the Year: Products & Services Business' at the Negotiator Awards 2025. The company, a provider of rent guarantee services to tenants in the UK private rental sector, won the category ahead of a shortlist of 25 suppliers from across the residential property sector.
The Negotiator Awards is a leading independent UK awards programme recognising excellence among estate and letting agents, industry suppliers and the wider residential property market. Now in its 18th year, the awards have continued to expand, with the 2025 edition attracting a record number of entries assessed by a panel of industry leaders and experts.
Judges highlighted that RentGuarantor has "rapidly reshaped tenant access to homes by solving the guarantor barrier in a smart, scalable way", and praised its technology-led model which "directly reduces risk for landlords and agents."
