Tritax Big Box REIT Plc said it has signed an agreement for lease with an unnamed data management company for its recently completed logistics facility at Symmetry Park, Rugby.
The 15-year lease has open market rent reviews every five years, with expected yield-on-cost towards the upper end of the company's 6-8% guidance.
