Van Elle (VANL ), the UK’s largest ground engineering contractor, has acquired specialist Stirling-based piling business Albion Drilling Holdings for up to £3.5m, expanding the group’s presence in Scotland, particularly in its burgeoning energy transmission sector. The acquisition is expected to be earnings enhancing in FY26E, and we upgrade our EPS estimates or next year and FY27E by 8.8% and 10.0%, respectively.
