Chancery Royalty is a new company in the gold and silver royalties space. It already has four royalties in its portfolio, including a significant royalty over KEFI Gold's Tulu Kapi gold mine, which is just going into construction. The company is now raising new funds in a pre-IPO round, and plans to list later this year, most probably in Canada. How is it valued compared to its peers? - very attractively, according to chief executive Jeremy Gray. He joins Vox to tell us more about Chancery's plans, and also to pitch us his predictions for the next upward leg in the gold price. US$7,700 anyone?
Rome Resources could triple resource base at Kalayi with current drilling

Drilling continues on the ground at Rome Resources ' Bisie North tin and copper project in the Democratic Republic of Congo. The rigs are currently at work on Kalayi, where the target is tin at depths of up to 250 metres. They will then move onto Mont Agoma where copper and zinc is situated alongside the tin. The current drill programme could end up tripling the resource base at Kalayi, according to Rome's chief executive Paul Barrett, although we'll have to wait for the assays before we know one way or another. In the meantime, the results from metallurgical work are due soon too.

Goldstone gets set to drill big in Ghana

Goldstone Resources has just announced a conditional fundraising, the proceeds from which will be used in part to attempt to boost the company's existing gold resource base in Ghana to over a million ounces. Goldstone is already in production and processing via heap leach, albeit on a small scale. The plan is to build out the resource to justify the construction of a carbon-in-leach plant to take production to the next level. Great Southern Copper's #GSCU chief executive Sam Garrett joins Vox to talk about the company's exploration successes in Chile in 2025 and the company's plans to follow them up this year. The portfolio offers exposure to silver, copper and gold at very attractive grades, with plenty of upside on offer. Shares in Great Southern tripled over the past year, but relative to peers the company remains attractively valued. That may in part be because the peer group largely trades overseas, but either way, in the current favourable commodities price environment and with lots of drilling ahead and a steady stream of results likely to be coming in sooner rather than later interest in the company is likely to be considerable.
