Why Is the Market Ignoring Zinc Media?

Zinc Media (AIM: ZIN) CEO Mark Browning sits down with Vox Markets to unpack five consecutive years of growth across the group’s key profit metrics, the rapid rise of higher-margin IP revenues, a step-change in Middle East earnings, and two fresh catalysts — a new CCO appointment and the recommission of Celebrity Inner Circle. With forward revenue visibility building and a share price yet to reflect the P&L, the conversation probes why the market may still be underestimating this quietly compounding content group.
hVIVO Lands Landmark Phase III Trial

hVIVO has been selected to run the world’s first pivotal Phase III human challenge trial in whooping cough, marking a major scientific milestone and its largest study to date. The contract strengthens revenue visibility into 2026–27 while underlining the growing importance of human challenge trials in accelerating vaccine approvals globally.
Rift Helium raises £8m for Tanzanian exploration

Rift Helium has listed on Aim and raised £8 million in the process. Some serious backers are behind the company, including RAB Capital and Miton, and lists amongst its senior advisors well-known names in helium Neil Herbert and Tom Abraham-James. The company plans to embark on a major programme of 3-D seismic this year, and will likely drill two wells in 2027, although the details of the drilling will be determined by the results of the seismic. Rift is entering an area in which other helium companies are already operating, and will be able to deploy some of the knowledge gleaned by those first movers. Charlie Fitzroy, the company's chief executive joins Vox to tell us more.

ECR acquires significant new near-term gold production

ECR is acquiring Paleogold Ltd, an Australian gold company with several significant gold assets. It takes the total number of assets in the ECR portfolio to ten, and means that by the end of the year the company will likely be running three separate gold producing operations. The latest deal is being funded by a complex combination of shares, cash, and convertible notes, but nearly all of the payment is deferred. The idea is that these new operations will end up paying for themselves. Nick Tulloch, ECR's chairman joins Vox to explain how it all fits together.

Serval Resources sets out path to creating billion dollar copper company

Serval Resources (currently trading at Oscillate Plc on Aquis) will list on Aim within the fortnight, offering investors a suite of copper assets in Botswana and Namibia. Chief executive Robin Birchall is an old hand at mining and knows his way around the capital markets. For Serval he's secured some serious cornerstone investors and has managed to raise around £3 million, notwithstanding the volatile and uncertain macroeconomic environment created by the Iran war. The plan is to get on the ground in Africa in double quick time, and work the assets up to the point where Serval merits a billion dollar valuation. Will it happen? Well, commodities prices are good, Serval has an excellent and experienced team, and a suite of assets that Birchall claims are some of the best in the region.
