World Chess (CHSS ) has issued 114,348,670 new ordinary shares of £0.0001 each at a price of US$0.017453 per share in connection with the strategic investment announced on 23 July 2025.
Based on the subscription price, the issuance implies gross proceeds of about US$2 million.
Application is being made for the shares to be admitted to the Official List and to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange, expected on or around 29 August 2025.
The new shares will rank pari passu with existing ordinary shares.
Following admission, World Chess will have 879,605,147 ordinary shares in issue.
World Chess is a leading chess gaming and entertainment company and the official commercial partner of Fédération Internationale des Échecs (FIDE).
The company operates worldchess.com, the platform for FIDE-recognised online ratings, runs Armageddon, a prime-time chess league, and has organised World Chess Championship matches in New York and London.
