Group Chief Executive

Joined Savills in 1980 and was appointed to the Board in 1999.He was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Savills Commercial and Savills Europe for seven years until he was appointed as Group Chief Executive on 7 May 2008. He was appointed as a Director of Savills Asia Pacific Limited in 1991, and was accepted as an Associate of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 1979, and made a Fellow in 1990.

Michael Colacino

President - Savills Studley

Michael Colacino joined the Savills Group Executive Board following the merger of Savills and Studley in 2014, and has served as president of Studley since 2002. He has served as a consultant, strategic planner and provider of specialized brokerage services. His law firm clients have included Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft , Patterson, Belknap, Webb & Tyler, Willkie Farr & Gallagher, Kaye, Scholer, Fierman, Hays & Handler, Jones Day, Pillsbury Winthrop and Covington & Burling LLP, and he has participated in a number of media industry for clients that include Time Warner, NBC, Warner Brothers, CNN and New York 1 News. Michael graduated cum laude from Harvard College, and has been on the faculty of New York University, from which he has a M.S. in Real Estate. Michael serves on the Real Estate Board of New York’s (REBNY) Board of Governors.

Simon Hope

Global Head of Capital Markets

Joined Savills in September 1986 and was appointed to the Board on 1 May 1999. He is the Executive Director responsible for our Capital Markets team and Head of Savills Commercial Investment. From 1 January 2009, he assumed responsibility for our American business. He is also Chairman of the Management Board of our European businesses and a member of the Charities Fund Property Board.

Raymond Lee

Chief Executive Savills Greater China

Aged 49, joined Savills in 1989 and was appointed to the Group Executive Board in January 2011. Raymond took over the Hong Kong office in 2003. In 2009 Raymond was made the Chief Executive of Savills Group in Hong Kong and Macau and in 2010 was appointed Chief Executive of Greater China. Raymond is a Fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Directors and holds an honorary fellowship at the Quangxi Academy of Social Sciences.

Rob McKellar was appointed to the Board as Group Finance Director on 1 June 2000 having served as Finance Director of Savills Commercial Limited since December 1994. He was appointed Chief Executive – Asia Pacific on 31 March 2005.

Justin was appointed to the Group Executive Board in September 2010. Justin is responsible for the strategic direction of Savills Investment Management focusing on the growth of the business and corporate activity. A key element of the role is overseeing Savills Invest Management\'s fiduciary responsibilities including the management of client relationships. He has 29 years of investment experience in Europe and Asia and has worked in four continents. Prior to joining Savills Investment Management, Justin was at Henderson Global Investors.

Mark Ridley

Chief Executive Officer, Savills UK & Europe

Joined Savills in 1996 to establish the Savills Manchester office. Prior to this he was a partner at Weatherall & Smith where he ran the West End Agency Team before moving to Manchester in 1994 to take up the appointment as Head of the Manchester office. During the 1980’s Mark gained extensive experience in both the City and West End Agency and Development markets as well as a secondment to Australia where he worked for Chesterton International in its Investment team between 1986 and 1988. Mark was made a Board member of Savills Commercial in 1998 and was appointed Chairman and Chief Executive of Savills Commercial in January 2008. In addition to his role as CEO, Mark continues to focus on client business acting for: Hammerson, UBS, Threadneedle, L&G, F&C REIT and Lanebridge Fund Management amongst others.

Rupert Sebag-Montefiore

Head of Global Residential

Rupert joined Savills in 1980 and served on the plc Board for 15 years. He was appointed to the Group Executive Board when it was formed in February 2008. Non Executive roles have included a Non Executive Directorship of Fastcrop plc, following the sale of Primelocation to the Daily Mail Group Rupert was retained as Non Executive Chairman. He was also a Director of Adventis Group plc, and for 9 years a Governor of Bournemouth University. He is currently appointed to Investment Committees at Winchester College and Christ Church, Oxford, and he is a Non Executive Director of Pigeon Land, a Development advisory company.

Mitchell S. Steir

Chairman & CEO - Savills Studley

Mitchell Steir joined the Savills Group Executive Board following the acquisition of Studley by Savills in 2014. He joined Studley in 1988 after beginning his commercial real estate career at Huberth & Peters in New York. His industry expertise together with his prestigious track record has earned Mitchell the standing as one of the top tenant brokers in the U.S. amongst his clients and peers alike. His extensive experience representing Fortune 500 companies, major law firms, financial institutions and not-for-profits has placed him at the forefront of tenant advisory nationwide. The creation of “city strategic plans” is a specialty of Mitchell’s, including work for Time Warner’s 5 million square foot NY portfolio (in 1996-2004 and 2010-2013), Ralph Lauren’s 1 million square foot tri-state portfolio, Tiffany & Co.’s 1.5 million square foot tri-state portfolio, and Accenture’s 3 million square foot national portfolio.

Simon Shaw joined the Board as Group Chief Financial Officer in 2009. Simon is a Chartered Accountant. He was Chief Financial Officer of Gyrus Group PLC from 2003 until its sale to Olympus Corporation in 2008, having previously been Chief Operating Officer of Profile Therapeutics plc between 1998 and 2003. He is Non- Executive Chairman of Synairgen plc. Between 1991 and 1997 he was a corporate financier, latterly at Hambros Bank Limited.

Chris Lee joined Savills in June 2008 and was appointed to the Group Executive Board in August 2008. He has responsibility for legal and compliance issues globally. He is one of the two Authorised Representatives of Savills on the Members’ Committee of Savills Investment Management.
