SIMON TUCKER
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Simon joined SRT in 2002 as an advisor to the Board, was appointed to the Board as Commercial Director in 2004 and CEO in 2008. With over 16 years experience of creating, building and running international businesses, Simon drives the business in an aggressive yet disciplined style.
NEIL PENIKET
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Neil joined SRT in 2005. As COO he has responsibility for the delivery of all technology and product development and manufacturing of all SRT products. A Chartered Electrical Engineer, Neil has worked in the electronics industry for 18 years in the defence and mobile telecommunications sectors with companies including GEC-Marconi, UbiNetics and Aeroflex.
RICHARD HURD
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Richard joined SRT in January 2009 as Financial Controller and was appointed to the Board in November 2009. An ACA qualified accountant, he has many years of combined commercial and professional practice experience which is an asset now of benefit to SRT.
KEVIN FINN
CHAIRMAN, NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Kevin is a highly respected international businessman with significant strategic and operational experience of complex businesses. His experience in the automotive industry brings significant expertise and knowledge in respect of strategies for managing complex product supply chains, the operation of large dealer networks, big data systems, completion of acquisitions and negotiation of complex international contracts all of which are highly relevant to SRT’s business. Kevin is Chairman of the Audit and Nomination Committees and a member of the Remuneration Committee.
SIMON ROGERS
NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
After an early career in FMCG brand management and Market Research, Simon worked as UK Marketing Director of software company Lotus Development Ltd in the late eighties. Since that time, he has established and sold two media businesses, remaining a Director of Electronic Media Ltd, and has served on the boards of a number of small and medium size businesses, including over ten years with the Portal Partnership, an IT services company. Simon was a founder investor in SRT and one of the main backers of the buyout from Securicor. Simon is Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and a member of both the Audit and Nomination Committees.
