Gledhow Investments (GDH)  has invested AU$484,500 in three ASX-listed natural resources companies as it continues to shift its investment focus towards the sector.

The company invested AU$200,000 in Future Metals, AU$84,500 in Talisman Mining and AU$200,000 in Gateway Mining.

Future Metals plans to use its fundraising proceeds to advance the Panton PGM Project, including an updated Scoping Study based on its new 82.3 million tonne Mineral Resource Estimate. The study will assess both a greenfield development and an alternative option using Savannah processing infrastructure.

Meanwhile, Talisman Mining plans to fund further exploration, evaluate new projects and provide working capital. Gateway Mining recently secured commitments to raise AU$45 million, including AU$20 million from Jupiter Asset Management, to accelerate exploration at its Yandal Gold Project in Western Australia.

Yandal currently hosts a JORC Inferred Resource of 8.17 million tonnes grading 1.52 grams per tonne gold for 400,000 ounces. The project is located less than 50 kilometres from Northern Star Resources' Jundee gold operations.

Gledhow said its portfolio contains about £200,000 of liquid shares and about £400,000 of holdings that are currently illiquid or involved in corporate transactions. It also holds about £740,000 in cash and £48,000 of outstanding convertible loan notes.

The company is reviewing further natural resources investments and plans to seek opportunities for future spin-outs, including its wholly owned Penina Resources subsidiary.

Separately, Cameron Pearce will move from Non-Executive Director to a non-Board Strategic Adviser role, focusing on sourcing investment opportunities and potential funding.

The three ASX investments provide Gledhow with direct exposure to platinum group metals, gold and broader mineral exploration as it executes its planned shift towards natural resources. Its sizeable cash position should also provide scope to pursue further opportunities.
