KEFI Gold and Copper  has signed a US$240 million dollar debt deal with two lenders for the development of its Tulu Kapi gold mine in Ethiopia. The closing debt finance allows KEFI to move towards the completion of the equity portion of the funding, for which many local and international investors are already lined up.
