Metals One is moving forward with the transaction to acquire significant gold production assets in South Africa in conjunction with Lions Bay Resources. The plan is to acquire plant and associated assets from Vantage Gold, which is currently moving through the Business Rescue process. The Vantage assets also include a sizeable historic gold resource.
