Mobile Streams (MOS ), an AIM-listed mobile content and data intelligence company, has announced this morning two new key partnerships to further expand its portfolio of NFT licenses, and grow revenues from its recently announced contract with Mexican football club PUMAS.
The new partnerships are with two agencies: PAS Kisisel Asistanlik Hizmetleri and Andrea Olmedo Lopez. They will help further an additional 30 active deals in Mobile Streams' NFT license pipeline to an advanced stage. Additionally, they will provide ground assistance to help Mobile Streams' business in Mexico.
The contracts stipulate that the two companies be paid in shares rather than cash, so that all partners are aligned in value creation for Mobile Streams shareholders, and to ensure MOS maintains a strong cash balance.
PAS Kisisel Asistanlik Hizmetleri Ltd will receive 103,448,275 worth c. £300,000, and Andrea Olmedo Lopez will receive 68,965,517 worth c. £200,000. The shares are issued at 0.29p, average price for the past 3 months and are subject to a 12-month lockup, and an orderly marketing agreement for the 12 months thereafter.
CEO Mark Epstein commented: "We look forward to working on both the existing pipeline of NFT licences and future opportunities with both PAS Kisisel Asistanlik Hizmetleri Ltd and Andrea Olmedo Lopez. Following the recent contract win PUMAS, and with the support of our partners, we are now very well positioned to grow our presence in the Web 3.0 content, digital merchandise and NFT space."
The company has forged several new partnerships this year in addition to today's announcement. In March 2022, it delivered a strong half-year update, reporting an increase in revenue every month since the launch of its LiveScores platform last July. Investors reacted well to today's news, with MOS shares up 7.84% in afternoon trading.
