OnTheMarket, (OTMP), operator of the OnTheMarket.com property portal and PropTech service provider, has recently unveiled Your Property Services (YPS), a sales and lettings data nurturing service aimed at empowering estate agents to boost their earnings and secure more instructions by leveraging valuations.
YPS functions as a dedicated team of specialists, seamlessly integrating with an estate agency's internal workforce to foster relationships with their database, yielding valuations and cultivating a stream of highly qualified and motivated leads.
To ensure a personalised approach, the YPS team receives detailed briefings from each agency, enabling them to tailor their engagement and communication style according to the agency's unique brand voice. Moreover, by employing a local area number that corresponds to the agency branch, YPS provides familiarity and consistency in service delivery.
Following a successful pilot phase last year, YPS has attracted prominent clients such as Carter Jonas and Dawsons.
