Panther Metals (PALMhas appointed Katherine O'Reilly to its executive board as chief financial officer, with immediate effect.

Katherine O'Reilly is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW). She also holds the Corporate Finance qualification from the ICAEW which is recognised around the world as establishing a high level of expertise across international markets. 

She began her finance career as an auditor before transitioning into corporate finance, spending 11 years working in capital markets and transaction services.  Over the last 10 years she has held chief finance officer and chief operating officer roles in both privately and publicly listed companies.

Good to see Panther strengthening its team as it continues to move forward with its portfolio of metals assets in Canada. O’Reilly brings strength in depth, and should be a welcome addition.
