Crossword Cybersecurity (CCS) says that its consultancy division has won multiple agreements to work with companies spanning the automotive, insurance and property sectors.
The company’s division is “breaking ground into new sectors and with large corporations,'' said Managing Director, Stuart Jubb, and as a result, helping companies to improve their cyber security posture.
The first project will see the company working with a global pioneer in connected vehicle data to implement a globally recognised cyber security standard, ranking it amongst huge players in the technology industry.
The cyber transformation project will enable the firm to work more efficiently with any global automotive manufacturer, the company explained.
The company’s second project will involve a leading international insurance broker who conducts business in the Lloyd's of London market, following its recent discovery which showed it lacking sufficient in-house expertise to implement appropriate security measures.
Crossword will also be working on carrying out the transformation work and implementing practical measures in order to make the organisation more resilient.
Crossword’s consulting division has implemented its vCISO product, a virtual/remote CISO service, with an SME property investment firm in response to the challenges organisations face with cyber maturity and allocating a budget.
The service provides clients with a virtual cyber security team at a reasonable cost, enabling companies to leverage the expertise provided by Crossword.
Commenting on this morning’s announcements, Mr Jubb said the deals reflected the high regard in which their consultants are held in what he labelled as “an extremely competitive market.”
