We’re passionate about delivering hot, great tasting, freshly handcrafted pizzas to customers. This relentless focus has helped us become the UK’s leading pizza brand, in addition to being a major player in the Republic of Ireland.
Since opening the first Domino’s store in the UK in 1985, we now have over 1,200 stores across the UK and Republic of Ireland and more than 35,000 team members. Last year, we sold over 105 million freshly handcrafted pizzas.
We’re committed to offering choice, and with thousands of combinations on our menu, customers have plenty of options. Our pizzas are made with great quality sourced ingredients, such as fresh creamy 100% mozzarella, vine-ripened tomato sauce, and our signature fresh dough.
As well as having great tasting pizzas, we’re persistent in our pursuit of technology, helping to make our customers’ lives that little bit easier. We work hard to make ordering quick and easy, putting customers in control. Stephen Hemsley
Non-Executive Chairman
Stephen joined the Company as Finance Director in 1998. In 2001 he was appointed Chief Executive. Stephen was appointed Executive Chairman of the Group at the beginning of 2008 and became Non-Executive Chairman with effect from the close of the 2010 annual general meeting. Stephen is a chartered accountant by profession.

David is currently Chief Executive of Domino’s Pizza Group plc. He is a Non-Executive Director of the multi-channel consultancy Practicology and also Bankers’ Investment Trust. Previously, David was Chief Executive Officer of Halfords Group plc and held senior roles within Walmart Stores Inc., Tesco Stores plc and RHM Foods Limited.

Paul joined the Company as Chief Financial Officer in June 2015 and has more than 20 years commercial finance experience including ten years as Chief Financial Officer with Moneysupermarket.com Group plc. At Moneysupermarket.com, Paul Doughty led the company through the then largest European IPO of an internet stock in 2007. Prior to that, Paul was Finance Director of the UK business of Morse plc, an international FTSE250 technology company. Paul holds a first class honours degree in economics and accountancy from Loughborough University and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Price Waterhouse.
Colin Halpern

Colin acquired the Dominos Pizza Master Franchise Agreement for the UK and Republic of Ireland in 1993 through International Franchise Systems Inc.. In November 1999, with Colin as Chairman, the Company was taken public and listed on AIM. Helen Keays has over 20 years\' experience in travel, retail, consumer markets and telecoms. She is currently a consultant and a non-executive director of Majestic Wine plc. Ebbe Jacobsen
Non-Executive Director
Ebbe was appointed to the Board on 31 January 2014. He has wide experience of operating in Germany and other European countries, most recently with Delsey. He has been in retail all his working life and has pan-EU retail knowledge with significant experience in franchising, multi-site and single brand retail. He pioneered the introduction of US fast food, Burger King, into the Nordics in1975 and held the position of Director and Operating Partner when the franchise was sold in 1985. Other significant retail experience includes having been CEO of IKEA in Germany, CEO of Delsey and CEO of Habitat.
Kevin Higgins

Kevin\'s career spans more than 20 years in the consumer foods industry in Europe and the United States. He has worked for Pepsico Restaurants in London and for M&M/ Mars Inc. in the UK and the U.S. Most recently Kevin served as President of Burger King Holdings Inc. Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA) between August 2009 and October 2010. Prior to his role with Burger King, Kevin served as General Manager of Yum! Brands (Pizza Hut, KFC & Taco Bell) Europe and Russia Franchise Business Unit in Geneva, Switzerland where he led a multifunctional and multinational management team. Previously, he held a variety of leadership positions at Yum! in their UK office including in the areas of development, franchisee development, supply chain management and finance.
Steve Barber

Steve was appointed to the board in July 2015 as an independent Non-executive Director and member and chairman designate of the Audit Committee. Steve brings excellent financial experience as both an executive and non-executive director of FTSE100 and 250 companies in the retail and media sectors as well as the audit profession. Steve\'s previous experience includes 40 years in accountancy, principally with Price Waterhouse where he was a senior partner and also with Ernst & Young. Formerly he was Finance Director of Mirror Group and Chief Operating Officer of Whitehead Mann. He is also Founder of The Objectivity Partnership, a member of the Audit Quality Forum and Chairman of Design Objectives Worldwide. Steve is currently an independent Non-Executive Director of Next plc and has been Chairman of Next\'s Audit Committee for 8 years.
Phil Higgins
Company Secretary
Phil Higgins was appointed as Company Secretary in May 2015. Phil was most recently at Thomas Cook and prior to that was with Land Securities Group plc. Phil previously held senior Company Secretarial positions at National Grid plc, Smith and Nephew plc and GKN plc. He brings 20 years experience in the London and Retail commercial property, energy, medical devices and automotive and aerospace sectors. Phil studied law at Middlesex and Bristol Universities and Nottingham Law School and is a Fellow of ICSA, the institute for governance professionals.
